ProductIndex provides AI-generated product intelligence profiles, review summaries, and comparative information for consumer products. Profiles are created using artificial intelligence tools that synthesize publicly available reviews, product listings, and expert sources. The Site also provides machine-readable content feeds (llms.txt, Markdown, JSON-LD) for use by AI models, developers, and automated systems.

2. AI-Generated Content — No Warranties

All product profiles, review summaries, sentiment themes, comparisons, and related content on the Site are AI-generated. Specifically:

• Review themes and sentiment represent synthesized patterns across public sources and are not direct quotes, statistically sampled data, or editorially verified claims.
• Specifications, prices, and availability are sourced from manufacturer and retailer listings at the time of profile generation and may be outdated or inaccurate.
• No content on this Site constitutes a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee regarding any product's quality, safety, fitness for purpose, or suitability for any specific use.
• ProductIndex does not independently verify the accuracy of AI-generated content before publication.

You assume all risk associated with reliance on any content from this Site. Always verify product specifications, pricing, and availability directly with the manufacturer or retailer before making any purchase decision.

3. Sponsored Content and Advertising

The Site may display sponsored content, paid placements, promotional offers, or advertisements from third-party brands and sellers ("Sponsored Content"). 5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated product profiles published on this Site are owned by ProductIndex pursuant to the applicable AI provider's terms of service. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as follows:

6. Permitted Use

IN NO EVENT SHALL PRODUCTINDEX'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

9. Indemnification
